Green Thunder

Perfect on Dorrie’s Famous Verde Burritos – go on, try it, you can make your own Mexican Crema (or buy it), you can cheat on the meat by picking up sauceless pulled pork, no one will rat you out. But the Green Thunder hot sauce is the ingredient you can’t do without.

Death by Lemon

This one is simple. Put a drop in a classic vodka martini, go with a twist (fresh lemon peel of course), then shaken not stirred. It’s Dorrie’s favorite way to use this hot sauce.

Albright Ambrosia

Chicken wing fans in the house? Cut this hot sauce ½ and ½ with butter. Fry or bake your chicken wings to a crisp, then toss them in the Ambrosia mix. Yum, yum.

 Mountain Mayhem

Mix with our Hot Honey or your favorite glaze and brush over grilled salmon right before you take it off the grill, but really, you can put this on anything. It’s like ketchup for hot heads.

Cheat Heat

Finish the hearty White Bean & Sausage Bisque with Cheat Heat hot sauce and white truffle olive oil drizzle

Brick House

If scorching heat is your thing, drizzle some Brick House on your favorite fish tacos to light them up

Meloñero

Steam up some shrimp and / or oysters. Toss them in 1/4th cup Melonero, 2 TBS mayo, and 2 TBS of melted butter then throw into your favorite salad – use the left-over sauce as your salad dressing.

Just the Cayenne Ma’am

Use this however you would use a classic cayenne hot sauce …buffalo wings, gumbo, warm artichoke and crab dip … the possibilities are endless

Hot Honey

Bacon lovers get ready … drag thick sliced bacon (applewood smoked is our choice) through the Hot Honey, place on a roasting rack with parchment paper under it in a sheet pan, bake on 325 for 15-20 minutes, rotating pan 2-3 times being sure not to burn. Great as an appetizer all on its own or in the best BLT you’ll ever have!

H-H-H-Hot Honey

Preheat oven to low broil.  Slit the top of fresh figs and stuff with goat cheese. Drizzle the honey on thin sliced prosciutto then wrap the figs, honey side in, with the prosciutto.  Flash the figs wraps in the oven for ~3-4 in the broiler on a parchment paper lined baking sheet.  Serve as a warm appetizer or great as cold snacks.

Cheat River Cajun Mixes

Perfect for blackened fish or meat. Use in rib rubs, seafood boils, and for all creole dishes.

Chili Mix

Add 2 TBS of our chili mix to 1lb browned ground beef (or ground turkey if you prefer). Stir in 1 can of diced tomatoes, 1 can of beans (we use dark red chili kidneys), and 1/4 cup water. Add a 1/2 diced onion and 1/2 diced green pepper. Simmer for 30 minutes- for thicker chili, add 1 can of tomato paste.

Andor Fish Sauce

If you like malt vinegar on your fish AND you like a bit of heat, try this pepper infused version instead.

Southern Style Pepper

Our take on pepper sauce for your favorite greens. You can refill bottle with distilled white vinegar several times to recharge the peppers – just give them a week or so to marinate.

Pepper Mustard

Cover a brick of cream cheese with the pepper mustard and serve with your favorite crackers.  We also like mixing a couple tablespoons in with egg yolks when making deviled eggs.  Top with hot honey bacon crumbles and you’ve got yourself a hit!
